Every audit undertaken by an NCSI representative is subject to an extensive technical review process. This process involves the review of audit reports, findings and durations among other key aspects of each audit and provides us with a key insight into conformance and non-conformance trends. Extensive reviews of HACCP-based audits indicate that less and less issues are being identified within this area over time, resulting in a subsequent decline in the number of non-conformances raised. The survey aims to collect and analyse feedback from users of certification to ascertain the drivers for seeking it and the value it provides. The study is currently being conducted in over 50 different economies. The IAF is the world association of Conformity Assessment Accreditation Bodies and other bodies interested in conformity assessment in the fields of management systems, products, services, personnel and other similar programmes of conformity assessment.
