Industry Survey Gives NCS International a WorldStar
A recent survey of more than two thousand organisations across a range of industry sectors including manufacturing, construction, mining, utilities and Government found that more than 86% of respondents recognised NCS International’s WorldStar certification brand.
The survey, which was conducted in June, asked both large and small organisations operating in New South Wales and Queensland how they viewed NCS International’s brand and its products and services relative to its competitors.
According to Rebecca Rabe, Marketing Specialist at NCSI: “The survey is a vote of confidence from a cross section of industry in the work we have done over the past 12 months to build our brand and focus on our customers’ needs.”
For approximately 60% of respondents, the survey found that NCS International was the first organisation that came to mind when they thought of standards and certification. “This is a great result for us in the face of some extremely tough competition from international certification businesses,” said Rebecca Rabe. The survey found that NCS International’s certification brand, the WorldStar, is continuing to increase it market presence with more than 51% of organizations actively using it when marketing and promoting their own products and services. With respondents recognising the World Star brand as conveying high standards, confidence, consistency, integrity and trust to their customers.
“We are delighted that more than 73% of respondents had a positive or very positive impression of our organisation and we will continue to work hard to ensure we maintain our high standards of service.”
“Over the past 12 months we have invested heavily in integrating our service, offering to make it easier for customers to stay across the changes in Standardisation and the implications for their training and certification programs. This investment has translated into more than 85% of respondents being satisfied or very satisfied with the portfolio of products and services we offer such as the sale of standards, training and certification.”
“It is also encouraging to see the continued strong performance of our trainers and auditors, which are widely regarded are some of the best in the business,” said Rebecca Rabe.
The survey found that 90% of respondents who were certified with NCSI were satisfied with the quality and professionalism of NCS International’s auditors and trainers. With respondents describing NCS International’s service as customer friendly, offering specialised industry knowledge, well respected, competitively priced, providing innovative business solutions and presenting global opportunities.
The survey also found that more than 83% of respondents would recommend NCS International to another organisation.
