Introduction and who should attend

Delegates who have previously attended a BRC Third Party Auditor or BRC Global Standard for Food Awareness course based on Issue 4 of the Standard. This course outlines the main changes within Issue 5

Delegates who attended a Third Party Auditor course previously MUST attend this course to keep an up-to-date certificate.

Course certification

This course has a written examination.  Successful candidates will receive a certificate stating they have successfully completed the conversion to Issue 5.

Course outline

Tutors will focus on:
- The development of Issue 5
- Overview of the main changes
- Highlighted changes to the requirement clauses
- Interpretation and guidelines
- Update to the protocol and certification process
- Interactive workshops with case studies

Pre-requisite knowledge

An in-depth knowledge of the certification protocol and requirements clauses of Issue 4 is expected.
 

Course hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, for one day
