Privacy Impartiality NCS International Pty Ltd understands the important of impartiality in carrying out its management systems certification activities. It has a number of processes to assist in this including a strong technical review process covering both the audit report and the certification decision, and an advisory committee whose function is to oversight the impartiality and independence of NCS International. NCS International has processes in place to manage any perceived or actual conflict of interest and to ensure the objectivity of its management system certification activities. These include processes for determining the composition of the audit team and the clear separation of roles between staff who assist clients with their management system, those who conduct the audit and those who review the audit findings. NCS International is accredited by JAS- ANZ which annually reviews the certification body’s impartiality and conflict of interest arrangements.
