Terms and Conditions

• Information on the NCS International website forms part of these conditions of entry
• Limited to one entry per person
• Entry is open to residents of Australia, except employees of NCS International & their families, and related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this promotion
• The promoter is NCS International Pty Limited located at NCS International, 7 Leeds Street, Rhodes NSW
• The competition commences on the 01/04/2009 at 9am and closes at 5pm on 1/07/2009
• The winner will be drawn from entries selected at the promoter’s premises on 10/07/2009
• The winner will be that of the most skilled judged by NCS International, or its nominee
• The judges’ decision is final and binding on each person who enters the competition, and the judges will enter into no correspondence in relation to their decision
• Chance plays no part in determining the winner
• The winner will be rewarded with a $50.00 Greater Union Cinemas voucher or location appropriate cinema business
• Prize is not transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash
• The winner will be notified by email or phone
• All entries are deemed to be received, at the time of receipt by NCS International
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries
• All entries become the property of the promoter and may be published in the NCS International newsletter or website
  
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss
• Any change in value of prizes occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter
